Policies and Warranty

Clover™ Brand diapers and covers are guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return them (unwashed, unused) for your money back within 7 days after receiving them. NO questions asked!

Repair policy:
Repairs on the Clover™ Brand fitted diapers and wool covers are free for the life of the diaper. Should any repairs be necessary within the first 90 days of purchase, Precious Dignity will pay the shipping costs. Shipping to and from Precious Dignity for repairs after the first 90 days is the responsibility of the owner. This warranty is effective for all owners of the diaper, both original and second-hand. No proof of purchase is necessary. Eco-friendly laundry aids are recommended, but the choice is ultimately yours. Bleach is highly discouraged as it is bad for your baby, bad for the environment, and will eat away at the fibers and break down the cotton quickly. Please note: The access slot on the Clover™ fitted diaper is intended for repairs and is not intended as a pocket for stuffing. Using the access slot as a stuffing slot will result in damage to the delicate velour and frequent repairs.

Shipping:
In-stock items normally ship within 2 days of payment receipt by funded or credit card PayPal. Items paid for by eCheck will ship within 2 days of check clearance. We normally use the USPS, UPS, or FedEx to ship your items. Our customers are charged actual shipping charges based on destination postal code and the weight of the items. We will not be responsible for lost packages. All orders ship from within the US but yes, we are very happy to ship internationally.

Payments:
All purchases must be paid for within 10 days. Items not paid for will be restocked or relisted. Payments may be made through PayPal (funded, credit card or eCheck), Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily sign up for one at http://www.PayPal.com.

Cancellations:
In-Stock items may be cancelled as long as payment has not been sent. Once items have been shipped, they may be returned for a refund but the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
