Repair Request


Precious Dignity will perform any needed repairs on our Clover™ Products for free, for the life of the product, for any owner. In the first 90 days after sale from Precious Dignity, return shipping back to the owner is included in the free service. After the first 90 days, the owner is responsible for return shipping. In those instances a PayPal invoice for shipping charges will be sent to the owner after repairs are complete. Please note that Precious Dignity will do its very best to maintain the cosmetic integrity of the diaper during the course of repairs. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that evidence of repairs will not be present when the diaper is returned to you. But we will be sure that the diaper will be fully functional for as long as humanly possible.

While Precious Dignity offers this free service, it’s important to understand that certain practices can help prevent the need for repairs and extend the life of the diaper. We recommend the following:

  • Do not use the access slot on the Clover™ diaper as a pocket for stuffing.
  • Use your finger nails to gently pry snaps apart rather than pulling by the fabric.
  • Do not use bleach.
  • Dry your diapers and accessories on medium.
  • Hand wash your woolen products.
