Our Dignities™ fitted diapers are constructed exclusively with USA milled organic french terry for its density, durability, absorbency, and trim qualities. Each fitted has three full body layers and includes an exterior, lay-in soaker pad made of three layers of french terry. Most children will need a "doubler":http://preciousdignity.myshopify.com/products/dignitiestm-doublers but how many doublers you will need should be determined by the parents. By experimenting with different amounts of layering in your diaper, you can achieve a leak-free experience for all situations.
The best part of our diaper is that there is an access slot on the inside of the diaper for PreciousDignity to perform future repairs and elastic replacements.!! (Please note, the access slot is not for stuffing. The Dignities™ Diaper is not a pocket diaper.) Take special care when opening the access slot. Be sure to open the snaps gently by prying them open with your finger nails. If you open the snaps by pulling at the fabric you run the risk of the snaps ripping through the velour. We even suggest using a tool, such as a butter knife, to gently open the snaps while holding the diaper close to your body.
Our fitted diaper comes in three sizes; Youth 1, Youth 2, and Youth 3. Keep in mind that you can make minor adjustments to the fit via the button hole elastic. Our sizing is not listed in weight as that can be very misleading. Rather, we encourage you to use a measuring tape to check your child's measurements to get a good fit. Measure the waist around the body, near the belly button, measure the thigh near the groin, and measure the rise from the small of the back, through the crotch, and up to the belly button. All measurements are taken without clothing.
Our fabric has been prewashed but there will still be some residual shrinkage after washing. Please try your diapers on your child as soon as you receive them since they can be exchanged as long as they are unwashed and unused.
